ATLANTIS Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!Never
CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverPicked up in Tacoma, WA from another member. Great game. Love the artwork and the fast play. I’ve played both the EM and SS version and sound doesn’t compare, the chimes are way better then the speaker. Thanks for the sale.
DRAGON Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverThe Dragon is complete and running properly. Cabinet rebuilt, spatter and new stencil kit. NOS playfield installed. NOS backglass installed. NOS plastics installed. All contacts and steppers working properly. Another labor of love completed. Had some electrical issues to fix, but finally fired up and running. The artwork on this game pops and the play is actually quite challenging trying to hit the free ball shot or shoot up between the pop bumper and the spinner to go up through the C lane to the top. the only thing I'm not a super fan of is the Vary-Target. There could have been a small bank of drops or something. To much for the game to handle I guess.
ORBIT Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverGot this one off eBay. New York. Shipped across the country via Beltman. Arrived in good shape. This one is a major tear down and rebuild which I have already started. There were mirrors on the head surrounding the backglass. Removed and found a shiny tape attached to the head. Peeled off to find fairly good paint, however the side of the head was painted with two coats. No chance to save it. Second coat was oil based. Bottom panel broken, removed and replaced. Front panel damaged underneath. In the process of replacing. Stripped enough paint to make templates for designs. Going to do a complete repaint. Update: Have repainted the cabinet turned out pretty nice. Found a newer playfield from a collector in Pennsylvania, which was covered in mylar. It actually peeled off with no freezing or heat. Did some touch ups on the playfield. New pop bumper caps. New wagon wheel targets. Couple of new lane guides and found some of those hard to find top hat plastic post caps. Cleaned up all the chrome and waxed the playfield. I’m in the process of touching up the back glass which I had some areas that needed attention. So far triple- thicked and touched up some of the smaller sections. Will show pics of backglass..
ROYAL FLUSH Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverMy first pinball purchase. My wife still reminds me of how choked she was when I picked this one up in Maple Ridge. I didn’t have a clue what I was getting myself into and spent the next several months researching and getting the game to work properly. From then on I was hooked. Good shape, blackglass yellow area seems to have been repainted. One of the favourites with friends.
SCUBA Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverDid a twenty four hour round trip with a friend who bought my Surf Champ to get this one. Had to strip the paint off the cabinet and clean the whole thing. As you can see the the score reels had paint on them as well. Used Novus 1 to start but then tried Novus 2 and worked way better. Fun game to play. Small touch up to the back glass, its not like I'm going to find a NOS one somewhere. Good players game, cab and playfield 5-6. Some reviews say they don't like the play, but I like the challenge of getting the plateaus.
SINBAD Gottlieb (USA)In storage, waiting for restorationNeverJust got this one before Christmas. Will need some playfield resto, cab, and other parts.
SURFER Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverAll the way to Kelowna and back in about 7 hours to grab this one several years back. A few minor fixes left flipper dead. Now fixed and plays great. Cabinet, playfield and backglass In great shape. A little flipper wear on the playfield, but thats it.
TARGET POOL Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverPicked up in Yakima, WA. No playfield glass and had a piece of a meteor for a ball. Was completely covered in purple paint. Playfield in great shape backglass some flaking. Striped purple paint and left as is. Fun game to play. Might some day decide to get the stencils and repaint the cab, but its fun to play for now.
UPPER DECK Williams (USA)Set up, plays!NeverA great pitch and bat game. Played it for three years until I noticed one for sale on craigslist. The pictures showed the top row of cards illuminated. I thought wow did the person add this. So I opened the game and removed the metal guard at the top to find a row of bulbs that were all broken. Illuminated now, tons of fun.
