ac70 TorontoCanadaVivid playing field colours and the robot theme back glass drew my attention to this game. I was also intrigued by the booster ball bonus feature and the ball save gate. The game need some electrical attention and new parts but was a great restoration candidate that cleaned up fantastically. Back glass is near mint and set into robot eyes attract mode on game over. The playing field has 3 pop bumpers and slingshots above the flippers to keep the ball somewhat lively. That said, the lack of drop targets and some tight ball travel areas does not give a lot of variety to the game play. The center kick out is the main feature one wants to use to maximize points but it is a bit close to easily attain on a regular basis. Okay, so the graphics are kool but yet another multi-player that will have a short life in my collection before moving on to be enjoyed by some one else.

manuelc   Orlando, FLUSAI am posting this machine as my first "WORK IN PROGRESS" machine. Bought this for cheap as its older and needs its fair share of work. BUT, it works, plays and still needs some work. Currently, the sound is not working properly, the body was painted black and other colors. And the coin mechanism was removed from the top, and repainted and replaced with wood. *Coin mechanism missing was upsetting* SO WAS THE PAINT JOB!! Most of the board works, around 90%, lights seem to work, strip coming towards the bottom is completely out, think it will need a switch and a few more lights to be complete. Someone was stating hot coils would be good, anything that would be helpful would be amazing. I am also looking for a Owners repair manual. I understand the copyrights, but lets be honest, its 2016 and its amazing they make machines, and want to hold back our right to repair these machines and bring them back to life. Hopefully someone can give some insight on sound, and a owners Manual. I will post photos today after work.

pricemo  Fairfax, VAUSAI ended up selling the Duotron to a very good friend of mine for only $250. He has 3 young kids who play it all the time so I'm happy it went to a good home. FYI - This was my 2nd pinball I ever bought. I found it at Black Dog Salvage in Roanoke, Va. 4years ago. They were asking $800 for it but it was not working 100% in addition to missing the lockdown bar. After pointing out the issues, I got it for $350. In hindsight, I payed a little more then it was probably worth but all in all not bad for not knowing at all the average value. ( I have since bought the "pinball price guide" which is a vital resource to have BEFORE purchasing a pinball machine )

theloris  Olgiate olonaItalyIl mio primo flipper EM! Arrived directly from USA with its "Occupation tax" dated 1980! Original 110V transformer replaced by original Gottlieb transformer spare part for EU market; completely disassembled, cleaned and polished to return to a new life! Thanks to all the friends, Paolo in particular, who helped me to restart it again! I will replace soon the playfield glass that it is all ruined and scratched! I'm very satisfied for my purchase :) !!!
