SCAM ALERTS - known scammers and fraudsters
Please read:
DO NOT NOT NOT ever buy a game from people who hasn't listed it for sale in their page, or they have, but there are no pictures for the game!! These are likely scammers and you will end up losing your money!

How can you be sure the seller is legit:

Ask them to send you a picture of a certain playfield detail you choose, with a piece of paper having your name and date on it, placed near the playfield detail -- a scammer will not be able to provide that, since he does not own the game!
Remember, most scammers use pictures stolen from this and other pinball websites.
Never ever trust stock pictures! Ask for personalized ones!

IMPORTANT: If you think a scammer tried to sell you a game, please immediately inform webmaster about it, so we can investigate and take action. Thank you!

We always recommend everyone be careful when dealing with people you don't know in person.
This is especially true when you are going to buy a pinball machine and send money in advance!

We have put some advice in our Code of Conduct page, which you have accepted if you are using this website. Beware, scammers and fraudsters are everywhere on the Net and it is very difficult to track them due to technology limitations. As a rule of thumb, it is safer to buy from members which either have linked their account to a reputable ebay account, or have many friends in their network (you may want to check with a member's friends via the contact a member page). But be careful anyway! Most of our members are reputable Collectors but being prudent is is the best way to go. We can't stress this enough!

Known scammers to date:

Peter Martin Karl: if you are sent an ID with this name on it then you are being hit by a known scammer. DO NOT send any money to him and report his username to webmaster.
Charles Johny Meyskens Franciscus: same as above, same person. He wants your money sent to this account in Germany: DE62665500701000636439 - please, don't send any money there and report his account to webmaster instead.

Reihn Thomas Bernadict: if you are sent an ID with this name on it then you are being hit by a known scammer. DO NOT send any money to him and report his username to webmaster.

Ladisi Dante - this guy from southern italy lists very sought after games (DMD era) and asks you to send money to his bank account, but he never ships you anything. DO NOT deal with him and please report back to webmaster any account he appears to be using here, and we will kick him in the ass right away. Thank you!

Borkovic Marjio - this guy has been involved in many weird situations and although we are not sure he's really a scammer, we suggest to refrain from doing any pinball related business with him.
