CRISS CROSS POP-UP Chicago Coin (USA)Set up, plays!Never1967 Chicago Coin arcade game. Not a pinball game. Turret shooter fires a steel ball at a line of targets at the back of the playfield, causing rubber balls to bounce around a tic-tac-toe board in the head, which is viewed by the player via a mirror. Making line-ups and patterns with the rubber balls scores various points. A fun game for kids and also for adults who are intimidated by pinball.

PETER PANWilliams (USA)In storage, waiting for restorationNever1955 Williams woodrail with the rare per-ball STAR (match) feature. Although Peter Pan is a true five-ball flipper pinball, it also has a 3-digit odometer replay unit and knock-off button just like a bingo machine. The STAR feature was pure chance. After each ball drained, a match number appeared and a star would light on the backglass if there was a match. Getting 2, 3, 4, or 5 lit stars during a game would win free games, with 5 stars awarding a whopping 200 replays. Of course, the location would usually just pay the player in cash and knock the games off.
SKY LINEGottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!Never1965 Gottlieb wedgehead.
SKYLINEChicago Coin (USA)In storage, waiting for restorationNever1940 Chicago Coin pre-flipper pingame with Roy Parker futuristic city artwork and bonus build-up, produced several months before Genco's METRO. Parker would use some of the same artwork elements of this game on Gottlieb's 1965 Sky Line.
