DOUBLE BARREL Williams (USA)Set up, plays!NeverUMMMM well it plays well... I got this out of a salvage years for 150 bucks. I got everything working in a few hours and turned out to be a pretty fun machine I love the art and I love how you can build up or subtract bonuses. This is one of the most perverted playfields I have ever seen in this time period. Gotta love those williams machines . This machine is pretty shot, rusted and faded. Since it's a cowboy theme I think it looks really good in this condition. If it was to be restored it wouldn't be as interesting to look at so it is how it is. Rusted and rugged!!!......
DRAGONETTE Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverWho the heck is c.robin???? I'm trying to figure out who that is. The parrot is saying it on the Backglass. as well as Richard written on the door. I have figured out that the playfield is actually a green dragon but that's about it. Other than being a spoof on Dragonette. But the green dragon has nothing to do with anything except for part of the name. This machine was gone over by Russ from pinball rescue and boy does it show! Machine is collector quality and plays smooth as silk. Woow is it tough getting the 1-8 bumpers. This game will be in my collection for a very long time cause it's so damn hard to beat. Also this game is probably one the most beautiful machines I have ever had. The green glow is just breathtaking. One time playing you will realize why it's a big title game.
KNOCK OUT Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverWhat a blast to play. It's like the three bears story. Knockout is just right. Not hard but not easy. Even though there isn't a lot on the playfield you have a lot of work to do. The playfield in my opinion is exactly the way it should be. I imagine the design to be like your in a boxing fight. You have a right hook which is the right target which gets you 3, 4, &, 5 then the left hook which is he left target which is 1, 2, &, 3. Then you have the lower middle target which is the chin which also give you a full knockdown. Then the rib shots= specials and right above the aprin or belt is the two kidney shots which are the kickouts. BRILLIANT! The machine is just pure fun. Nothing more nothing less. If you want a hard challenge play green pastures. That's a tough but favorite of mine.
MINSTREL MAN Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverBought this machine from Jt amusements The machine is fully working and plays like a gem. Has playfield wear at flippers. Debating on touching up. Backglass is in amazing original shape. I love the way that machine plays. Hitting those drop targets can be deadly and end the game very fast if you don't angle the ball correctly. People complain about the gate between the flippers. I think it adds to the fun.
OLD FAITHFUL Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverWell if your looking for a completely different feel to pinball this is your machine. It seems as if Harry Williams designed this machine due to it being so different. This has to be one of my favorite games and I'm so happy to have one in amazing shape! The rules are quite interesting: basically you need to get the 1-5 sequence to advance the bonus. The sequence consists of four bumpers and one rollover. The number 1 rollover is on the top making it your skill shot but can also obtain it and the other four buy rolling over a rollover in the middle of the playfield. Also which is amazing is there is a ball counter so at the fifth ball a rollover lights up for half a million points. That really help with the short game life. Don't forget about the side specials that also give replays and advances the bonus. The machine is a lot of fun and don't be fooled by the flipper layout. It's not as much of a drain you would think. It's a nudger.. I used to have 40 plus machines and what you see on my list is what I have left so you must know this is one hell of a machine
POKER FACE Gottlieb (USA)In storage, waiting for restorationNeverHave not even played it yet
WORLD CHAMP Gottlieb (USA)Set up, plays!NeverThis is the only game out of fifty games I have owned that I actually sold and found another. It really has to be in my top three machines of all time. Just a prefect game once you know how to play it. The multiple replays so much fun to achieve. Three knockdown do make a knockout and then you get the special. You can still find the, pretty cheap. I bought mine for 250 but in a, axing shape. Needs plastics and backglass though. It's the last of the multi special replays machines.

Your passion for woodrails can be clearly seen by reading your detailed descriptions. Great titles, great passion. I urge you to get yourself a Knock Out to pair with that Minstrel Man :-)
